Shale oil as an alternative to petrol has caused a great attention by national. Withthe increas of serious environmental problemsing all over the world, Chinaadvocates the use of clean energy and the effort of control the environment isgrowing. It is very reasonable that we transform shale oil into clean energy, or otherchemical products. The research of deep processing technic of shale oil canafford forceful support to the developing of circular economy of energyindustry, which also provides a powerful backing for the diversified developmentof traditional energy companies and can provide a valuable practical experience onChina’s energy structure adjustment and shale oil processing.This article mainly focuses on the construction scale and overall process flow ofshale oil chemical deep processing demonstration plant of Fushun Mining GroupCo., Ltd. Through analyzing the characteristics of raw material and processingcomparison, the optimal process flow and product structure. The paper emphasizesthe process of catalytic cracking and ethylbenzene, providing the basic data anddesign scheme for deep processing of shale oil industrialization.
