As a kind of derivation of starch, glucopyranose mircrospheres(GPm) weresynthesized by crosslinking reaction between crosslinker and soluble starch(SS)molecule, and they were regular microspheres with favorable channel,microcavity and micrometer size. Compared with others polymer microspheres,the biocompatibility and degradability were better of glucopyanosemircrospheres and price is lower and source is widely. For coexisting of channeland microcavity, glucopyranose microsphere has special adsorption properties,especially in the fields of environmental wastewater treatmentmetal, ionexchange adsorption and loading-drug, and so on, it will show broad applicationprospect.(1)In this thesis, GPm were prepared with SS and MBAA as the rudematerials in inverse suspension. Through the single factor experiments to findthe better conditions of preparation, the result was that:0.3g MBAA, volumeratio of oil/water is4:1,1.2g compound emulsifier (m(Span60): m(Tween60)=2:1),0.6g K2S2O8-NaHSO3,15%soluble starch, reaction conditions: stirringrate, reaction time,temperature as follows:700r/min,2h,50℃.(2) The shape, surface area, pore volume, specific surface and particle sizedistribution of GPM were determined and characterized with scanning electronmicroscopy,multimedia optical microscope,surface analyzer and particle sizeanalyzer, the reaults showed they were rough surface,the pore volume dVp/dDpis0.219, the average pore size DBJH is14.28nm, surface area is7.696m2/g,particle size mainly distributed in the4080μm, the Fourier transform infraredand x-ray diffraction figures showed that glucopyanose were synthesized bystarch and MBAA; the comprehensive thermodynamic analysis data revealedthat the hydroscopic property, swelling capacity and solubility of microspheresreasults showed that the strength of structure was increased after crosslinking;the data of the thermodynamic analysis showed: microspheres’s heat resistance increased obviously.(3)Through ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer to study adsorptionproperties of GPm on phydroxylanisole, aniline, pyridine. GPm on theadsorption kinetics of organic performance the characteristics of adsorption ratefaster at the beginning, with the extension of adsorption time, adsorption ratewas gradually reduced. The first adsorption kinetic equation and the seconddynamic equations could fit organisms in a GPm on the adsorption kinetics, andhad been relatively satisfied with the results, absorption was controlled by thefilm diffusion and particle during the process of proliferation. This also indicatedthat the adsorption behavior of GPm on organic exist physical and the chemicalfactors. And the adsorption was exothermic process, the lower of temperatureswas favor for adsorption. This process were consistented with Langmuirisotherm equation and the Freundlich isotherm equation, the fitting of n are morethan1, it indicated that microspheres on p-hydroxyanisole, Aniline, pyridineadsorption is a "preferential adsorption" process. And physical, chemicaladsorption, coexist in the process. Enthalpy ΔH was the main driving force foradsorption. The influence of organic on the microsphere structure performance isanalysise by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and x-ray diffraction.
