The apparent color depth could be improved by covering the dyed fabrics with alayer of organic silicone material with low refractive index, and the dye update was notchanged, can reduce the amount of dyes, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving andemission reduction.In this paper, cotton and silk fabric was treated by the MCH-209、DS-209、DS-246、DK-707and TYAN-4625, the effects of concentration of deep dyeing、banking temperatureand time、rolling rate were studied.The best process conditions were determined through aseries of experiments. The results of the study show that the effects of TYZN-4625is best.The deep-dyeing degree of67%was obtained by optimized deep-finishing process forcotton and65%for silk fabric, significantly higher then others.The main structure and groups of deep dyeing were obtained by infrared spectroscopyof the deep dyeing, The surface morphology of fibers were observed by scanning electronmicroscopy, and the performance of the treated cotton and silk fabric were studied, suchas the apparent color depth、color fastness、breathability、hanging hides and so on.
