In high temperature water recycling system, due to the condenser disclosure, metal corrosion and other reasons, condensation water has certain pollution, main product is iron oxide and free of solid iron ion. The traditional condensate in addition to iron method, difficult to overcome ion exchange agent not high temperature resistant shortcomings, so the temperature with under the condition of iron method except for optimizing processing equipment, saving energy, improving economic and social benefits to have the important meaning.Zeolite alkali metal and metal is the alkaline water cut mesh aluminum silicate minerals, natural zeolite for inorganic mineral, high temperature stability is good. Under certain conditions, zeolite internal skeleton of solution and the cationic can exchange cations. This paper to activate the inclined hair zeolite as the research object, the simulation of high temperature water, the static, analyses the influence factors of ion exchange process, and using thermodynamics method to exchange mechanism is discussed.A comprehensive analysis on temperature, pH value, solution concentration, zeolite quantity on the effect of ion exchange process, and the single factor variable do the experimental analysis. Experiments show that, zeolite of iron ion removal efficiency of obvious, common in70%above, each factor to the ion exchange process, the effects of the largest pH value, followed by temperature, zeolite quantity, and finally solution concentration. With shrinking nuclear model deduced the effective diffusion coefficient calculation method, the diffusion coefficients obtained on the basis of effective, is deduced for this topic of ion exchange mass transfer model, analyses the solution temperature, viscosity, density, ion diffusion coefficient on the influence of mass transfer process, the results show that the mass transfer coefficient with temperature and effective diffusion coefficient and increases, but effective diffusion coefficient effect is not obvious, Along with the solution of density and viscosity and decreases, the influence of the density effect is not obvious.The results of the study show that, the activation zeolite suitable for industrial thermal system in high temperature of the condensate iron, the subject do a preliminary study of high temperature of the frozen water in addition to iron processing study provides some reference.
