The cup was easy glued by yoghurt which lead to large amounts of yoghurt was wasted. This paper aimed at this phenomenon, studied a new kind of yoghurt cup which had a low adhesiveness. It can reduce the waste of yoghurt. The main research methord was that modified the function of the cup’s surface. Introducing PTFE and different kinds of silicon oil simultaneously in polystyrene to reduce thesurface energy of polystyrene. The surface energy was expressed by contact angle. At the same time, mechanical property of modified polystyrene material was measured. Secondly, studied the condition that polystyrene reduced adhesiveness to yoghurt after was modified the nature of surface. And studied hygienic function of polystyrene after modifying by different methords. Observed the distribution state of PTFE and PDMS in polystyrene by SEM. And then, selected the prescription which glued the fewest yoghurt and produced yoghurt cups. Tested the adhesiveness between cup and yoghurt, testing the cup’s effect to the quality of yoghurt. Finally, appraised yoghurt and yoghurt in the cup which made from the prescription by sense.It is concluded that all the prescriptions can reduce the surface energy of polystyrene material, increasing the contact angle between polystyrene material and water. The prescription with the lowest surface energy is the proportion of0.4%PDMS and3%PTFE blend, its contact angle is92°. The experiment also show that fluorine combines with silicon can get bigger contact angle by lower add amounts. It means they have coordinated effect.The test results of mechanical property show that PTFE and PDMS have effects to the mechanical property of polystyrene material to some degree. The tearing elongation rate of material increases with the increase of the PDMS contents, diminishing with the decrease of the PTFE contents. The stretch strength of material reduces with the increase of the PDMS and PTFE contents. The increase of make granule times have more effects to material’s mechanical property. The mechanical property decreases with the more make granule times obviously. The more make granule times lead polystyrene material to lose the use value.To produce yoghurt cups by the four prescriptions with the better test result and fill with yoghurt. To pour out the yoghurt and viewing the cups. It shows that the prescription with3%PDMS and0.4%PTFE glues the least yoghurt,the residual amount of yoghurt is12.34%, the effect is more than before46.63%. Testing the hygiene of the four prescriptions,the test results accord with the national standard. The prescriptions is safe and hygienic, the material make by the prescriptions may to produce yoghurt cups.The PH, fat contents, solid contents, sticky degree, protein contents of yoghurt in the cups make by the four prescriptions keet consistent with yoghurt in the original cups. It shows that PDMS and PTFE have not effects on the quality of yoghurt. Meanwhile, evaluating the flavour and smell, organizational state, colour and lustre, residual amounts by sense, it is acceptable by consumers.
