With more and more people to pay attention to environmental protection, and the internal combustion engine emissions restrictions also tend to be strictly. Turbochargers, as a kind mechanical device, which can increase the output power without any increase in fuel consumption, has been widely studied and adopted.Turbocharger components are used in the nozzle ring a variable geometry section on the turbocharger, through the nozzle ring in open and close the leaves of the components, bring inlet channel section change, so as to control the subsystem of turbocharger and compression, make the turbochargers and engine to achieve the best match. This paper mainly is the content of the nozzle ring of blades for component design one specialized grinder, solve the problems which existing in the processing and improve the manufacturing precision.In the paper,we contrast and research several normal grinding process program, find their advantages and disadvantages, then, according to the material and structure characteristics of leaf, we above technology integration and optimization, and put forward a new kind of grinding process program. From the point of view of the grinding process program, through the check manual and calculated the main grinding parameters, we determine various part of the decorate a form, gradually design all the parts of the machine structure and layout, at last, rendering the whole scheme figure.Based on the overall scheme of the layout, we design main parts of the internal structure. Though the comparison and analysis of the form, we getting rough structure. In accordance with the requirements of the manual design, combined with the practical situation of the grinding process parameters, we design and checked the major sports pieces, draw the internal structure.Finally, starting from the economic point of view, we made a finite element analysis and design optimization to the bed of the special grinder. We using CAD software established lathe bed of parameterized modeling, and learn the dynamic and static characteristic and gives evaluation. Through the evaluation results requirements, we set the static and dynamic optimization index to retrospectively lathe bed design. With the help of CAE software, we learn satisfy requirements, and finally found the boundary conditions of the optimal solution, to upgrade lathe bed model.This article is mainly for leaf processing problems in the existing process to design a special grinder, to overcome the accuracy and efficiency of the blades on the universal grinder. In addition, the design process, structural components designed to rely on the experience and analogy bed, carried out analysis and optimization, to meet the design requirements while reducing production costs.
