Abstract/Summary:
As the research and application of certain special ceramic materials become more and more extensive and in-depth,higher demands are placed on their processing.For ceramic material processing and grinding is an important processing method,generally using diamond grinding wheel to process a special ceramic material.However,traditional wet grinding is difficult to meet the performance requirements of a special ceramic material,so this paper proposes to use dry grinding instead of wet grinding.The dry grinding machine tool is monopolized by foreign countries,and the domestic research on dry grinding machine tools is still in its infancy,so the dry grinding centerless cylindrical grinder independently developed in this paper has completely independent intellectual property rights in China.This article mainly studies the overall design scheme of the centerless cylindrical grinder used for the dry gri nding of a special ceramic material,the thermal analysis of the test material grinding,the design of the key components,and the finite element analysis and parameter optimization design of the final dry grinding of the product.Test to verify the design performance of the equipment.According to the research content,this article mainly does the following work:(1)According to the theory of heat transfer and based on the ANSYS software platform,the finite element model of the sample pellet is established,and the thermal field analysis is performed on the outer circle of the sample pellet.According to the simulation results,the feasibility and reliability of the dry grinding cooling method are analyzed.Complete the overall design of the centerless cylindrical grinder and determine the type of grinding wheel.(2)According to the principle of centerless grinding and modern machine tool design theory,complete the structural design and verification of the key components of the grinder,mainly including the design of the spindle box structure,the precision ball screw design and verification of the grinding wheel spindle and the servo drive system of the guide wheel frame.(3)Use ANSYS software to establish the finite element model of the headstock,solve the equivalent stress and deformation of the headstock under the actual working conditions,complete the equipment structure check and determine the design prototype of the subsequent optimization model.Establish a finite element model of the spindle for modal analysis and observe its low-order natural frequency and equipment excitation frequency(4)Multi-objective parameter optimization design based on DOE method,establishing a parameterized model of the headstock,taking the smallest first-order natural frequency of the structure and the deformation of the headstock as the optimization goals,and taking the original design size of the mechanical structure as the design variable,to The structural equivalent stress is a state variable,and the best design scheme is sought to improve the grinding performance of the grinder.(5)Complete the dry grinding test verification of the grinder.
