| In view of the low efficiency and manual electric arc welding production status,Design a suit of automatic molding and welding equipments used in the constructionof the mines, In order to reduce labor intensity and guarantee the quality of thewelding steel.This paper based on the actual production need as the point, finds that thewelding process can’t guarantee welding quality, the production efficiency is very low.In order to change the original production style and improve the production efficiencyand welding quality, design the production of steel rack automatic welding equipment,The equipment according to the varied specification characteristics of mine company.The way by moving the welding cylinder and electrode to adjust the grid spacing,according to the characteristics of the grid spacing adjustable design the layout of thewelding transformer and the conductive copper reasonably. Consider the factors suchas resistance and inductance to optimize the design of the welding circuit, accordingto the impedance to choose the appropriate size transformer, thereby made to thewelding circuit design can meet the spacing adjustable requirements.In this paper, we explain the whole process of the researching and designing ofthe welding equipments programming, drawing assembly charts, drawing accessoryand part charts and the control system. Integrate the technologies of the CADSoftware theory knowledge, Finish to welding equipment design of mechanical part.The control system mainly include microcomputer and PLC， Combined withpneumatic transmission technology. Through the resistance spot welding process test,tensile test to determine the best welding standard, make steel production in thepremise of high efficiency and ensure welding quality. |
