With the development of science and technology. NC machine tool technology advancedlevels have more and more important, and is the measure of a national industrial production ofthe value of a standard, also is the military forces of the strength of the potential performance. To make numerical control machine tool technology level of ascent, make the structure ofstatic and dynamic characteristics to be more perfect, to become the scientific researchpersonnel despise target. This paper is Instrument Factory of LanZhou Petrochemicalproduction workshop TH5632type vertical machining center pillar as the research object, thefinite element analysis, and its structure optimization design, this paper is to enhance the staticand dynamic characteristics of the numerical control machine tool of the index for the purposeof research. The finite element analysis, and its changing reasonably according to the structureoptimization design of research, this paper studied the following problems:1.To pillar structure static analysis, draw the corresponding displacement anddeformation diagram and trying to effect, and determine whether they meet the requirementsof the processing;2.To pillar structure for dynamic analysis, and study the inherent frequency, the response;3.The premise of satisfying, the pillar structural optimization; In this article, the dynamic design thinking, in order to improve the dynamicperformance of structure, especially the analysis of the organization mode. This paper givesthe pillar in all conditions of the structure of greenhouse, displacement and deformation tofigure, and the structure of the first six pillar of natural frequencies and modal shape figure; For vertical machining center pillar structure design index provides theory basis.
