The online preparation of hypochlorite solution by electrolysis sodiumchloride in small size cell is convenient safe and EnvironmentalFriendly,it has wide application in the health care field and daily life. Inmost of the electrolysis sodium chloride process has been reported musthave the appeartion of ionic membrane. As we all know, ionic membrane iscostly and must been changed frequently.The hypochlorous acid solution can be used to disinfection in daily life,which can be prepared continuously by a convenient electrochemical device.However, the disinfection effect of the prepared hypochlorous acid solutionis closely related to the electrolysis conditions. Based on the relationshipbetween the efficiency of disinfection of hypochlorite solution and theconcentration and the pH value, the study discussed the effect of theconcentration and pH of NaCl solution and the electric density on the currentefficiency and the disinfection capacity of the resulted solution which isprepared in a membraneless electrochemical cell. The hypochlorous acid solution prepared under optimized conditions shown proper sterilizationability which killing colibacillus in30seconds and the staphylococcusaureus in2minutes have good results.Now, the glucose sensor is depend on the use of glucose oxidase, theglucose oxidase is expensive and can be influenced by Temperature,humidity, and pH value.rencently there are some researchs of noble metaland alloy used on the senors of glucose.they are good at sensitivity and canbe used at low potential, but as noble metal, they are expensive and can bepoisoned for a short time. And the manufacture of electrode iscomplicated.in this paper, the preparation of the glucose sensor electrode bymodified nickel with in-situ modification to form Ni(OH)2-NiOOH electrodematerial.It is fast responsed, and easy in manufacture. Based on theNi(OH)2-NiOOH/Ni advantages and disadvantages, there is a furtherresearch about nano Ni(OH)2-C electrode, SEM show that Ni(OH)2particlesto the form in carbon carrier in the form of nanoparticles.it shows a goodelectrocatalytic activity and selectivity, can have response in highconcentration range, good linear response, the response time of glucose for2s, sample interval of about20s, the response to glucose range is1×10-62×10-2mol/L. Detection limit for3×10-7, glucose sensor doesn’t need to useglucose oxidase or biology enzyme, so the existence of oxygen will noteffect on the determination, can be use repeatly.
