Quantity and quality of urban water supply reservoir joint control problems, especially in recent years, water resources reservoir operation in a hot topic of research. In this paper, Shenzhen City raw water allocation system for the study, describes the application used to deploy the system in the city more than the raw water reservoir water quality simulation models. Established a multi-parameter optimization valuation model based on particle swarm optimization for multi-library co-simulation model of water quality parameters to optimize the solution. Example results show that the water quality parameters of the model to be reasonable and feasible, and the model accuracy to meet the engineering requirements for the city raw water quantity and quality of the joint control system provides an important frame of reference.For Shenzhen Xili Reservoir in the raw water system, the more serious water quality deterioration. In this paper, Xili reservoir simulation based on two-dimensional numerical model of coupled water quality and quantity, and using today’s popular software Fluent CFD software to solve the calculation. Simulate the different conditions under the program and scheduling Xili reservoir flow and pollutant concentration field. Can be achieved by analyzing the reservoir to improve water quality in the reservoir scheduling. Joint regulation of reservoir water quality to achieve purpose.
