With the highly economic developing of our country and society, and growing electricity demanding, people require the electric power enterprise to make improvements constantly. The Coal-burning electricity-generating enterprises cause increasingly serious pollution issues, because of the over-standard discharging of oxynitride, which is one of the major pollutants of the air. China has taken the first step on the Selective Catalytic Reduction technology. However, the effects of reducing oxynitride discharge are not satisfying in the practical operations. How to ensure the generator sets operating under a safe environment, is a huge issue for every the thermal power enterprise. The SCR denitration technology arises at the moment.This paper is based on a real example of He Bei Guo Hua Cang Dong Electric Generating Co. Ltd., introduces the SCR denitration system, and sufficiently analyses the problems and solutions when utilizing the SCR denitration technology. Then, work out the practical and high efficient control methods to ensure the generator sets operating under a safe and environmental circumstance.There are five chapters:In the first chapter, this paper introduces the background, developing status, and Research Situations and trend in domestic and overseas.Chapter two, general introduction of the SCR denitration technology, including technological processes and process chemistry.Chapter three, introducing the TXP-3000system, the functions of SCR denitration control system, and the configuration of DCS, I/O list and module assignment; deeply discussing the construction of machine platform of SCR denitration control system.Chapter four, deeply discussing the intelligent control calculate and research of SCR denitration system.Chapter five, introducing the practical control applications of SCR denitration technology. Through the test, it results that The SCR denitration system can satisfy the automation control demand well, and grantee a safe and efficient operating environment.
