The current polymer flooding technology as an important relay technology in Daqing oilfield, especially in Changyuan old quarter obtain large-scale applications, in oil field increaserecoverable reserves, control the production decline has played a tremendous role. But afterpolymer flooding is still nearly50%reserves in the ground is not produced, the residual oil byconventional techniques to further tapping the potential difficulty very big. According to theresearch result, microbial enhanced oil recovery technology with its wide scope of application,simple process, good economic benefit, become at present has good prospects fordevelopment of oil recovery technology. Its application and promotion on polymer floodingafter further" dig go synergism" and" stable " strategy of great significance, for the sustainabledevelopment of China’s oil industry is of great positive significance.This paper first analyzes the influence of residual oil after polymer flooding distributionof geological and development factors of polymer flooding, remaining oil distribution featureswere studied. Based on the experimental zone of reservoir producing situation analysis andthe application of numerical simulation method to study the experimental zone of residual oildistribution. Secondly, in the extraction liquid of oil field screening of strain, through growth,reproduction and metabolism of bacteria, determined the suitable growth conditions, and thestrain profile control performance of the indoor experimental research, understanding ofreservoir porosity, permeability, formation pressure, crude oil properties and other aspects ofmicrobial oil displacement effect of. The test resultsshow that, the microbial profile control has achieved good effect, strain and reservoirenvironment has good adaptability, water injection profile is greatly improved, productionwell see obvious increase the oil, the effect of precipitation. But a preliminary field tests alsorevealed some problems, in the test problems are analyzed in detail on the basis of microbialprofile control strains, performance, injection process and injection slug are optimized, in theNorth East after two blocks continue to begin flooding test, and on microbial floodingdevelopment index and cost forecast.
