| The treatment of aging oil is the process for recovering the crude oil,which was carried on the crude oil from polymer and complex oil extraction in oil field.The properties of aging oil has changed due to the chemical agent,sulfate deoxidize bacterium,ferrite and oxidized colloid.The aging oil takes on viscous to recover difficultly.This paper makes a investigation for dehydration of aging oil,and provides a new kind of technic for aging oil treatment.The extracted crude oil from underground emulsion stability is usually low,and is easy to realize broken breast dehydration.But in oxygen aeration conditions,crude oil emulsion liquid is easily influenced by air,temperature and sunshine,and so on.The role of environmental factors produces chemical reaction.With all sorts of emulsifier,sand mixed over a period of time,emulsifier coalescence in oil interface membrane makes crude oil emulsion stability enhancement.The formation is the so-called "aging oil".Broadly,aging oil refers to the current technical method that difficultly dealt with crude oil.This research analyzed the cause of formation and physics and chemical characters of aging oil,then took dehydration process.Higher rotate speed equipment was selected for separating water,oil and sludge. Moreover,electrical dewatering simulation test was done for exploring the reasons. The results showed that the important factors involved have effect on dewatering in evidence.On the base of industry precursor testing,this paper studied the electric current and voltage transformation of electricity evaporator.As a result,the method can resolve dehydration of aging oil to the core. |
