With development of the competitive sports, the competition is fiercer than ever, athletes are also getting closer and closer to the limits of human ability to continue to create new results, it must be the uninterrupted engaged in more than the limits of human training. Sports nutrition athletes in overload training and competition strong nutrient base. Sports drinks is important part of sports nutrition. From reality, not popularity of whey protein drinks in China’s market for now, and to develop a complex formula drinks to professional athletes and fitness and to optimize their production processes and to study the impact of sport role. This paper mainly studies the results are as follows:1)According to the principle of specialty of sports drinks nutrition, the use of a single factor test, sensory evaluation method to get the best whey protein drink recipe:whey protein is3.0g/100ml, sucrose3%, oligosaccharides4.5%, sour agents:2.0%, thickener0.15%, salt1.2%.2) Single factor experiments to determine the best whey protein drink production process as follows:pH3.3; pasteurization temperature95℃sterilization when the same60seconds; produce the appearance of transparent, pleasant taste, microbiological standard.3) Athletes to observe the effect of whey protein drinks for athletes is:can effectively protect the movement of red blood cell function and prevention of hemoglobin (Hb) level decreased, while increasing physical fitness, promote fatigue, eliminate the maintenance of muscle microstructure has a positive effect...
