Throwing is a movement that requires the upper arm muscles to drive and regulate the movements of the upper limbs.Force muscles are stronger,which drive the upper limb movements;the rotator cuff muscle group is responsible for adjusting the position and direction of the humerus.In the course of throwing,athletes not only need to train repeatedly,but also to complete technical requirements.Force muscle s are not prone to fatigue,the supraspinatus muscle of the rotator cuff muscles is fragile and prone to fatigue.Repeated movement of the muscle does not completely recover from fatigue,will break the balance of power between the muscles,so that the muscles contact with the adjacent bones,causing muscle damage,further muscle tear occurs.In order to protect the muscle in the human shoulder muscles,the protection of the shoulder muscles can be started from the fatigue of delaying the muscles.Muscle fatigue is not only related to the number of muscle contraction,but also related to the size of the muscle force.External force can share the muscle force,reduce the muscl e force,increase the number of movement,delay the time of fatigue,prolong the balance of the entire upper limb muscle strength and achieve the purpose of protecting muscles.The purpose of this subject is to delay the fatigue of the shoulder muscles during the course of throwing movement after the influence of protective equipment.The goal of this research is to develop a series of protective clothing.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Study on the theory of muscle injury in throwingThe biomechanical principle of acute and chronic injury of the shoulder muscles is founded in the throwing movement.Research on the biomechanical protection theory of human shoulder in the condition of throwing movement with the spring oscillator model.The feasibility of replacing muscle force with external force in the shoulder was discussed.2.The establishment of human shoulder muscle protection modelCT scanning is able to obtain human shoulder image data.The scanning data is processed by mimics16.0 software,which can obtain the human musculoskeletal data.The shoulder muscle model is established in ABAQUS.According to the theoretical study of the shoulder muscle protection,the parameters of the ABAQUS are adjusted to simulate,and the relevant parameters are obtained.3.The design and making of protective clothingStudy the prototype of body shape under throwing motion static and dynamic.Determine the clothing style of the effective fixed protection device,and make the protective clothing production,then verify the protective performance of protective clothing and evaluate clothing comfort subjectively.This paper constructs a complete set of research system,which contains biomechanics,simulation theory,sports injury,clothing fabric selection,design and development of clothing styles of protective clothing by the research on the above three aspects.
