The hydropower cascade development of Hanjiang is a far-reaching water conservancy and hydropower project. The construction and post-impoundment have inevitable impact on the upper reaches of Hanjiang at Shaanxi. Therefore, based on the actual characteristics of the hydropower project terrestrial environmental impacr factor, and on the basis collecting data of the study area(1985-2010),according to the selected land use, land pattern, soil erosion sensitivity and biological factors (such as terrestrial plant diversity, animal diversity in terrestrial NPP, and NDVI). We contrasted and analysised. Using the analytic hierarch process(AHP)-fuzzy comprehensive evalution method, combinated of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the Hanjiang upstream hydropower cascade development affect the upper reaches of the terrestrial ecological environment.Based on the above contents and methods, get the following conclusion:(1) Through the hierarchical analysis-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the calculation,1996comprehensive evaluation value rating (2.931) tends to Ⅲ and2010years (2.948) turn even more in Ⅲ, but little difference between before and after, show that the cascade development of hanjiang river engineering hanjiang river upstream (shaanxi section) terrestrial ecological environment the impact is not big.(2) Through the analysis of terrestrial ecological environment of each effect index factor, the study found that HanjiangRiver upstream hydropower cascade development for HanjiangRiver upstream brings the influence of the inevitable. n1996the hanjiang river terrestrial ecological environment comprehensive evaluation value of the standards for land use respectively2.935, soil and water loss, the landscape pattern3.2,3.2,1.12and biological factors. The comprehensive evaluation value of rule layer were2.44,3.5,2.8and3. Compared with1996and2010.Rule layer increased for the comprehensive evaluation value of soil and water loss and biological factors, land use and landscape pattern is the comprehensive evaluation value rise.(3) Through the buffer analysis, we can have the conclusion that all types of land use in the500meters in the buffer change range most.Four of the buffer NPP significantly improves the maximum. In the1000-2000meters buffer change range most. In the500-1000meters most obvious change the landscape index (except shannon the diversity index). Water and soil loss non-sensitive area of the largest increase is500meters buffer. Soil and water loss is the greatest luffing mild sensitive500-1000meters buffer, respectively for2000-5000second500and1000-2000meters buffer. Moderate sensitive and highly sensitive to the most obvious area level changes were in1000-2000meters and500-1000meters buffer. Extremely sensitive level in each buffer the changes in the100%. In the1000-2000meters buffer NDVI minimum value change, the three basic same buffer change. In this paper using hierarchical analysis-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of Hanjiang river upstream hydropower development of seven hanjiang river upstream (shaanxi section) of terrestrial ecological environment.A quantitative analysis, already built hydropower statiTon for the retrospective evaluation, and at the same time provide guidance for the subsequent hydroelectric station construction, so as to realize the sustainable development of hanjiang river more upstream.
