China’s rural non-point source pollution comes mainly from the scale livestock plants,not only affected environment but also harmed people’s health. With the construction ofenvironment-friendly society, the policy and funding are supporting for manure pollution.Develop the new anaerobic reactor, not only can control the environment pollution, butalso save organic resources, and turn the waste into treasure. In this study, using fiber vectoradd in the USR reactor(USR-AF)in order to study the anaerobic fermentation of dairy farm.The main content of this study is using the USR-AF reactor deal with cow dung, findingout its influencing factors and evaluating of biogas systems used in cattle farm could reducegreenhouse gas emissions. Conclusions are as follows:The USR-AF and the USR reactor in gas production and methane content is61.035m3,56.645m3and66.1%,65.6%. The USR-AF and the USR reactor in TS and VS removalefficiency is13.27%,8.46%and18.48%,16.88%. The USR-AF and the USR reactor insoluble COD and soluble TP removal efficiency is16.18%,4.39%and6.13%,-3.14%. TheUSR-AF reactor has advantage of gas production, methane content TS and VS removalefficiency and so on. Therefore, fiber vector add in the USR reactor has played a positive rolein the reactor.Fiber filler can improve the the USR reactor anti-impact of temperature. Betweeninternal temperature and gas productions have linear correlation in the USR and the USR-AFreactor. According to the regression equation, the same temperature the USR-AF reactor hashigher gas production than USR reactor. The USR-AF reactor has superior insulation, gasproduction, substrate utilization efficiency than USR-AF reactor.Using the method of AMS.IC and AMS.III.D analysis the dairy farm’s CDMproject.Every year, this CDM project could reduce1283.22tCO2equivalent and gain128,300yuan. Through comparison of leakage and gas production, the USR-AF reactor is moreadvantageous than the USR reactor in actual project.The USR-AF reactor could make full use of renewable energy, improve the insulation,reduce greenhouse gas emissions and so on. In conclusion, USR-AF reactor is superior to theUSR reactor in the USR biogas project. Author studied the biogas project for large-scale dairyfarms in order to use the energy of dung and promote new patterns of energy use which couldprovide technical support for energy conservation and emission reduction.
