The purpose of this thesis is to develop the resource utilization technology of cinder, andanalyzed its performance.These performaces of flexural strength water absorption microstructure and phase of cinder body were studied. It was showed that flexural strength isdecrease and water absorption is increase with the increasement of the cinder contents. Withthe increasement of black talc and kaolin, flexural strength of body gradually increase andwater absorption gradually less, the number of larger pores is reduced and density of body isincreased; the diffraction peaks of quartz phase enhanced. Because albite contents are small,it has little effect on the body performance. Determine the best formulation of cinder body iscinder60%, black talc20%, kaolin17%, and albite3%.Used orthogonal experiments to study the the optimal process conditions and body’sperformance and microstructure. The results show that: the optimal conditions are millingtime45min, molding pressure20MPa, and holding time10min. The body’s flexural strengthis46.1MPa, water absorption is0.16%. There are little of pores in the sample. The bodycontains large amounts of anorthite and quartz crystal. The size of quartz crystal is about,and the size of anorthite crystal is small and wrapped in glass phase.The effects of SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, BaO, ZnO on the glaze performances, such as gloss abrasion resistance phase composition microstructure glaze adaptability and thermalstability. The results show that: when the molar ratio of Al2O3/SiO2is0.08to0.11, the glazeis transparent, abrasion resistance is small. When the molar ratio of Al2O3/SiO2is0.23to0.34, the gloss of glaze is small, abrasion resistance is big. Glaze layer contains albite,anorthite, corundum, quartz crystalline phase. When Al2O3is0.56mol and SiO2is2.46mol,glaze layer contains the right amount of crystalline phase, the grain size is smaller and itsdistribution is uniform, so the performance is excellent. When0.55mol≤CaO≤0.70mol,glaze gloss increase, abrasion resistance decrease with the increasement of CaO contents andthe albite, anorthite, corundum, quartz diffraction peaks weakened with the increase. Whenthe CaO content is same, the glaze gloss increase and abrasion resistance decreases with theincreasement of BaO content;Celsian diffraction peak is enhanced. When CaO≥0.62mol of and BaO≥0.22mol, the glaze body fitting is well.
