Rectangular pulse vacuum sterilization is usually clip sets, divided intoinside shell and outer shell, the inside shell material is corrosion resistant andafter polishing treatment of stainless steel; the outer shell is made of highquality carbon steel plates;for strengthen the stiffness and improve inner shellstress condition, usually between the shell with reinforcing connection, ribsand the inner shell is intermittent welding, ribs and outer shell for the plugwelding; closed the door at working, to form a closed space, pulse vacuumsterilizer working process is more complicated, the cavity pressure is thealternating load, but clip set of pressure basic remain unchanged; so it maycause fatigue corrosion when working in the high temperature environment.In addition, in the manufacturing process, because the weld between ribsand the inner shell is typically dissimilar steel welded T-fillet weld, so theremay welding residual stress distribution is uneven; because of differentmaterials with different linear expansion coefficient,therefore, the weld zonemay produce greater thermal stress when welding.Generally,the pulse vacuum sterilization life is designed about sevenyears or so, but in engineering practice, the actual life is far from its designedlife, many users found the inside shell wall will appear cracks when thesterilization is used after a period of time, for sterilization is belonged topressure vessel, if we do not pay attention to cracks which are likely to causeaccidents, moreover, cracks may affect the sterilization effect, easily lead toserious medical incidents. therefore, analysis of the causes of cracks and totake reasonable measures to extend the life of sterilization is critical.This paper is study for medical pharmaceutical equipment Co., Ltd. Acompany made a model MZQ.JDM-1.2B pulse vacuum sterilizer to analysis the reasons of the occurrence by using ANSYS, and proposed some changes,to extend the useing life of pulsating vacuum sterilizer.
