| With the development of machine tool industry towards the direction of high-speed, high precision and high efficiency, the CNC gantry machining centers play an important role in the machine tool industry. As the machine with too complex structure and large weight and high manufacturing cost, the structure designers should analysis and calculate the structural characteristics of the machine, then master the overall performance to improve the machine design.This paper derived from Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Agency project "Large CNC machine tool design and manufacturing technology research", researched and produced a large CNC gantry machine in cooperation with the Chang Chun CNC Machine Tool Co. Ltd. The machine intends to be used the structure of fixed beam, mobile workstations to meet the requirements of large and complex work pieces. The main work as follow:1. According to the requirements of company, first the three-dimensional model of the CAC machine is created with the Solid works software.2. The machine CAD model is imported the finite element analysis software PATRAN after simplified, after meshed, the material properties and boundaries sated, force loaded, last the finite element model of the important parts and the whole of the CNC machine were created.3. The analysis data of the key parts and the whole machine is obtained according to the static finite element analysis and modal analysis, thus it provided the reference for enterprising to establish the final design solutions.This paper according to use the static and dynamic analysis methods to verify the corporation’s product research, it is a model of combined by advanced technology and production practice, it took a significant step in the period that combination of technology and production is not too close. |
