Research And Realization Of The Eiectronic System On The Machine Of The Paper Whiteness Measurement

Whiteness is an important feature of paper products. It’s a continuous process of improving the whiteness that made the plant fiber material into paper pulp and then into paper in the papermaking process.In this process, it would not only consume a large amount of chemicals and energy, but also emit large quantities of pollutions. In recent years, the whiteness of the paper is getting higher and higher,excessive whiteness will not only increase environmental pollution,but also increased production costs,waste of resources and energy. Meanwhile, the exceed white paper will increase the visual stimulation, damage a person’s visual health. Therefore,the paper products should be measured whitenes accurately. In view of this, detecting whiteness rapidly and accurately has a very important practical significance.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of whiteness detection, analysis of the status of whiteness measuring studies at home and abroad, pointed out the main research content. Followed by on the basis of in depth stuty of the whiteness detetion process, paper gave a detailed exposition of the Blu-ray whiteness, diffuse/vertical measurement conditions, and then describes the work process of the whiteness detecting machine.Whiteness signal is extremely vulnerable to all kinds of stray light interference, the paper focused on how to accurately measure the whiteness. In order to improve the whiteness of the accuracy of detection, in-depth study to improve the light stability, design based on the halogen light power of the voltage regulator LM723negative feedback control system, and use a variety of weak signal detection theory and methods, designweak signal low-noise preamplifier and low-frequency signal frequency-selective amplification circuit.On this basis, Atmegal6and EP2C8Q208C8are responsible for the corresponding work, using Atmegal6to manage the man-machine interfaces,such an keyboard and display, adopt EP2C8Q208C8as a signal processing unit.Finally, this paper whiteness of the light part of the testing machine and the whole test and data analysis that test machine on the whole the design target, but there are still some deficiencies, and gives some solutions to these deficiencies.
