| Electromagnetic dryer is a big energy dissipation component in papermakingmachine.As a breakthrough for energy conservation and environmental protection,electromagnetic induction heating is a new type of paper drying technology.Papermachine by electromagnetic dryer has high dry efficiency, low-input of auxiliaryequipment,energy efficiency and other advantages. In the background of saving energyand reducing consumption energy, conservation and consumption reduction in thebackground, electromagnetic dryer applied in papermaking machine owns a broadprospect in the papermaking enterprises.In the process of paper dry, the control to electromagnetic dryer is not very stablebecause of all kinds of outside interference and variable parameters and other factors.Especially with nonlinear delay characteristics, the temperature control makes theuncertainty of automation control more serious and reduces stability and controlprecision of the electromagnetic-dryer control system. A intelligent control systemof electromagnetic-dryer has been designed and studied in the paper, which caneffectively control the electromagnetic-dryer temperature, and make the system hasstrong anti-interference force, good dynamic performance and steady precision.The the whole system is introduced from the following aspects of paper-machineelectromagnetic-dryer system overall design, intelligent control system platform andsoftware and hardware of control system. The main content is realized in the following:(1) The hardware design of the intelligent control system has been completed,relying on the S3C2440as the main control chip and its peripheral circuit structures.After design and introduction of S3C2440,the the temperature detection module isdesigned and the IGBT drive control circuit structures is set up. In addition, the drivercircuit design of high-precision AD converter chip AD7705is completed, whichimproves the built-in heating coil position of electromagnetic dryer and groupingmultiple collomn type layout is applied.(2) On the level of system software, the transplantation of the embedded operatingsystem Linux and the installation of QT4have been completed, the automaticallyrunning and guide have been realized too. Above all, a good software environment isprovided for the stable operation of control system application.(3) For Linux operating system,the related concepts and their development processof hardware device drivers are simply explained. And then respectively, all the applications such as the AD data conversion module, the fuzzy control algorithmand RS-232module are designed respectively. Friendly graphical interface for theintelligent control system and PC configuration is realized.(4) The fuzzy adaptive PID controller design and research is realized. In theSimulink environment of Matlab, electromagnetic dryer temperature simulation modelis set up. The conventional PID control and fuzzy adaptive PID simulation contrast andanalysis is completed respectively. |
