| In this paper, a computer control system which is applied to a complex dryer is designed and analyzed based on the project background. The system is consist of DCS and PLC which can achieve processing automation and information management automation. During my writing this paper, Introduced the present situation and discussed the total plan and designation of the control system. Applied the theory of sequential control to the PLC ladder logic program. Given out a method which can save energy and improve the heat-air quality. Discussed the color rule of the interface, and Introduced the design and function of the master-control interface. Discussed the communication of PC and P^ PC and PLC, and designed the software based on the distribute structure. Discussed the demand that manage the factory with the development of technology. |
