With the constantly improving of the mechanization and automation of the socialproduction, electric wrench has been widely used in many areas such as metallurgy andconstruction, to tighten various types of bolts in the process of equipment manufacturing, testingand maintenance.However, most current electric wrench can not control the torque well. It can easily do harmto the equipment, can not guarantee the safety and reliability of the connection of the key parts,and can hardly performance well. Therefore, it is of great significance and value to develop anintelligent electric wrench control system to improve work efficiency and ensure the safeoperation of machinery and equipment.The intelligent electric wrench control system can monitor the voltage, current, andspeed value through multiple external detection units using a microprocessor as the control core.At the same time, it can set the desired torque value you want and display the real-timetorque value.Practical tests show that, this control system is easy to operate and work steady. It hassolved the problems in the application of traditional electric wrench, and has greatly enhancedthe performance of the original electric wrench. It makes the electric wrench more accurate andreliable, and fully protects the safety of the equipment. At the same time, it reduces the laborintensity of the relevant operator and further improves production efficiency.
