Soybean oil glycerolysis reaction was catalyzed in tert-butyl alcohol by Llipase1,Lipase2, Lipozyme TL IM and Novozyme435. Four different kinds of lipases were studied.Novozyme435has the best effect and MG content of25.7%was achieved.Novozyme435was used to catalyze soybean oil to produce monoglycerides. Throughthe single factor experiment and orthogonal experiments, the optimum conditions weredetermined as follows:reaction temperature55℃,water concentrations1%,glycerol/oil molarratios3:1,enzyme dosage3%. A maximum MG content of43.7%was achieved under theoptimal conditions. Two kinds of detection methods were used. It was found that3.8%2-MGwas contained in the product.Preparation of monoglycerides by lipase-catalyzed glycerolysis of soybean oil insupercritical carbon dioxide. The factors of pressure, water concentrations, glycerol/oilmolar ratio and reaction temperature were researched. The influence of the four factors to thereaction was significantly. A maximum MG content of26.9%was achieved. Contrast to thereaction without CO2, we can see that supercritical carbon dioxide has promote the reactionobviously.Preparation of Monoglycerides by high temperature glycerolysis of soybean oil insupercritical carbon dioxide. By the single factor experiment and response surfacemethodology, the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: reactiontemperature248℃,pressure13MPa,reaction time3.8h,water concentrations15.6%. Underthe optimal conditions, the MG content of62.4%was achieved and the productivity was68.1%.The MG content of glycerolysis production was60%.The MG content of92.1%wasachieved and the productivity was81.0%after purified by molecular distillation twice. Thefirst distillation at the temperature110℃,pressure1040Pa,scraper rate20r/min. Heavyphase was distilled at the temperature150℃,pressure1040Pa,scraper rate20r/min.The unreacted glycerol and Heavy phase of the molecular distillation were used toproduce MG under the conditions: reaction temperature250℃,pressure20MPa,reactiontime4h,water concentrations5%, glycerol/oil molar ratios25:1, the MG content of52.8%and49.3%were achieved. Peanut oil, palm oil and rapeseed oil were researched under thesame conditions, the MG content were50.1%,52.3%and48.6%respectively.
