The main purpose of this paper was analyzed the triglycerides of five kinds of vegetableoils, and two methods were developed for discriminate edible vegetable oils and fats utilizingnonaqueous methods of reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. Two kindsmobile phase, methanol/acetone and acetonitrile/methylene chloride were used as gradientsolvent system. After optimized the experimental conditions, the triacylglycerol species ofpeanut oils, soybean oils, palm oils, rapeseed oils, sesame oils, corn oils and sunflower oilstotal222of vegetable oils samples, and270binary blend samples of different proportion wereanalyzed.Using the relative percentage content of triglycerides as variables,it was combinedtwo kinds of chemometrics methods, clustering-principal component analysis (CLU-PCA)and SIMCA for discriminant analysis. The dual blend of different proportion, in this work, using two kinds of methods: method1, choosed features information as a variable, establishstandard curve for quantitative analysis; Method2, using all triglycerides information asvariables, it was adopted chemometrics methods, gotten the recognition model. For identification analysis pure oil of seven kinds of plant, the results showed that inboth chromatographic separation conditions, peanut oils, soybean oils, sesame oils, sunfloweroils and palm oils were correctly divided into respective categories both in the CLU-PCAmodel and SIMCA model, randomly using1/3samples to do verification, identificationaccuracy was up to100%,except for one seseame oil and one sonflower oil. The corn oils inSIMCA model, the identification accuracy was only70%. And it was found that the modelidentification accuracy was98%for rapeseed oils.Dual blend analysis showed that, the triglycerides, it can be found special informationsto characterize proportion changes of the blend oils. Using the content of feature triglycerideas y-coordinate, and the blend proportions as x-coordinate, it can established standards curveof good linear relationship, the linear correlation coefficient R2can achieve above0.99. Thestatistical analysis showed that the results was the same with the standard curve method、CLU-PCA model and SIMCA method. Due to breed and origin of vegetable oils, etc, it canestimated the approximate mixed scope, but not accurate quantitatively.
