This topic is, according to the general thought in the food industry, mainly to solve low productivity and high consumption during the wheat processing. On the foundation of existed processing technology, it takes advantage of three kinds of special processes, that is, striking flour miller, balanced flouring with milling and impaction and no grind to make flour, to carry on processing innovation, forming a new technique to efficiently economize power, and to study wheat hardness suitability towards the three above kinds of the "high efficiency and low consumption" flour milling technology, here it takes three kinds of different wheat, namely soft wheat, hard wheat and medium wheat, to carry on research respectively.The research on detached miller shows that it suits minor and pure endosperm particle sizes.
