As the country pays more and more attention to the environmental protection, the investment in sewage treatment is increasing, a large number of automatic control systems of sewage treatment has been established in our country, but so far there is no a unified and standard project implementation process of the sewage treatment plant, this phenomenon causing the development cycle and cost of each sewage treatment plant will increase. The sewage treatment plant is a major energy consuming enterprise, according to the "vigorously promote saving and lower consuming energy" policy and requirement of the "12th Five-Year Plan", we can see to reduce the energy consumption of the sewage treatment plant can’t delay, the blast aeration systems’ power consumption account for50%to60%of the sewage treatment plant, and it is one of the largest power consumption system of the sewage treatment plant. So it is a tremendous social and environmental and economic benefit research topic of developing a generation scheme software and researching an automatic control method which most suitable for the blast aeration system.This thesis researches the blast aeration system and proposes an automatic control method which most suitable for the blast aeration system to reduce energy consumption, and develops a generation scheme software to shorten the development cycle. The major works in this thesis are presented as follow:1.Elaborates the background and significance of this subject, the domestic and international current situation of wastewater treatment plant, the purpose and content of this subject.2.Points out the related indicators of sewage treatment and typical sewage treatment process, and highlight the blast aeration system which includes the classification and effect of aeration equipment, the selection of blast aeration equipment, the related design basis of the blast aeration system, and the blast aeration process. 3.Introduces the related control parameters’ definition and measurement of the blast aeration system, the common control methods of the system, propose and analysis the control method about this system which is researched by this thesis in detail:the PID fuzzy control method based on dissolved oxygen concentration and aeration flow cascade regulation, regulating the blower’s speed with frequency converter and adopting grading control to the blower.4.Summarizes the project implementation steps of the sewage treatment plant, complete the standardized software’s development, and introduce this software’s modules and the main interface in detail which is developed in this research topic, and highlighting the realization of the standardized software’s modules.
