With the growth of population and the rapid development of urbanization,the sewage discharge is increasing year by year,resulting in increasingly severe pollution of the water environment.In order to alleviate water pollution,a large number of municipal sewage treatment plants have been built and put into use?The paper investigates the operation of a sewage treatment plant in Nanchang.Combined with the operation data of the sewage treatment plant,and using the analytic hierarchy process to construct a seasonal energy consumption assessment model of the sewage treatment plant?The aeration control optimization was carried out for the aeration link with high energy consumption in the sewage treatment plant.According to The research of the thesis,we can come to the following conclusions:(1)The average ton of water and electricity consumption of the target wastewater treatment plant is 0.276 kWh/t,of which the power consumption of the pre-treatment unit accounts for 16.2% of the total electricity consumption,the electricity consumption of the biochemical treatment unit accounts for 64.7% of the total electricity consumption,and the power consumption of the advanced treatment unit accounts for 15.5% of the total power consumption.The power consumption of the sludge treatment unit accounts for 3.3% of the total power consumption.In the operation cost of the target sewage treatment plant,the target WWTPs,electricity bills,sludge treatment bills,coagulant bills,maintenance bills,water bills and other expenses respectively account for 65.73%,13.22%,9.37%,8.44%,0.93% and 2.31% of the costs.(2)Refer to the operation data of the sewage treatment plant and select the indicators that affect the energy consumption of the sewage treatment plant.Using the analytic hierarchy process to construct a seasonal energy consumption assessment model of the sewage treatment plant,and calculate the weight of each index.Analyzing the results of weight calculations,it is concluded that the aeration weight indicator has the largest value among the indicators and is the key to the energy consumption of the sewage treatment plant.In different seasons,the energy efficiency of the target sewage treatment plant is the difference in the amount of energy consumed by the treatment unit sewage,which is the highest in spring,followed by autumn,summer and winter.(3)The PID control technology,fuzzy PID control technology and fuzzy neural network PID control technology are applied to dissolved oxygen Control in dissolved oxygen aeration.Using MATLAB software to simulate the three different control methods,and according to the comparison and analysis of the MATLAB simulation curves,it is concluded that the fuzzy neural network PID control method has a more ideal control effect.
