The key of realizing the maximum recovery of residual ore resources in a safe premise was back-filling quality and efficiency, but backfilling quality and efficiency dengpend on backfilling materials, technical parameters, reliability of system and advanced. To solve the problem of low concentration and poor quality existing backfilling system, the program of technique of paste-like Pumping backfill in Xikuangshan was designed. It integratedly use of field research, literature search, laboratory testing, process design, numerical simulation and other means were performed to study of the backfilling ratio, pumped and system process,and the reliability of backfilling system was analyzed. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are summarized as follows:1) Through the investigation and analysis of the existing program in the system of Xikuangshan, the backfilling way of using classified tailings as backfilling aggregate was determined; Backfilling ability and backfilling station were determined.2) The physical properties of classified tailings was analysed. The best ratio was concluded through the backfilling ratio test. Overhand horizontal layering cut-and-backfilling or drift cut-and-backfilling:ratio (coment:fly ash:tailings)was1:2:8, mass concentration was74-76percent; Goaf treatment:ratio (coment:fly ash:tailings) was1:4:15, mass concentration was74-76percent, or classified tailing non-cemented backfilling. The recommended ratio was meet the delivery requirements, through determinating the parameters of backfilling slurry flow performance (slurry weight, bleeding rate, degree of slump and slump proliferation).3) The model of backfilling pipeline was selected, and through the contrast critical flow rate and actual flow rate, the pipeline was believed to be reliable.4) In order to ensure that the system was stable and reliable, circular pipe tes of classified tailings delivery was done. The results showed that under the premise of meeting50m3/h traffic,2000m backfilling pipe pressure loss was6-8MPa, but backfilling pump can provide13MPa in low pressure,the backfilling pump was considered to meet the system requirements.5) Program of paste-like Pumping backfill in Xikuangshan was desighed; Design of major facilities program and equipment selection was completed.A program of backfilling general layout plan of station and underground pipeline system was designed. The total investment of backfilling system was about10.7999million yuan. The ratio of cement: fly ash:classified tailing was1:2:8, the material costs of backfilling slurry (the mass concentration of76%) was62.18yuan/m3or23.46yuan/t.6) The economic benefits of backfilling system is analysised.774000t of antimony ores can be recycled on the basis of1.29million t residual ore reserves. Calculating3%of the ore grade and100000yuan/t of antimony metal, the total new output value was2.322billion yuan...
