At the time when coal mining industry not only offers us gangues which inevitably deteriorates the natural environment, but also moves and destroys the gob rock stratums which lead to ground fall. As the demand for coal grows, environment deterioration and gangue discharge which induced by resource exploitation have become serious issues in our country. Therefore, disposing of gangues and preventing ground fall are two research subjects of pressing importance.Gangue cemented backfilling technology can dispose of gangue waste, exploit coal under building, river and railway after filling the tunnel, and prevent ground fall. In unclassified gangue cemented backfilling, gangue is used as filling aggregate. The filling ingredients are transported separately and then mixed through a new spraying technique, which can result in desirable filling performance. This technology not only makes full use of the gangue, but also enables large scale continuous filling and disposes all the development gangue underground.The gangue backfilling device which designed to suit height variable of tunnel and full fill the tunnel at a range of width is composed of belt flinger, lifting mechanism and swiveling table. Belt flinger adopts quirk figured belt for improving the level and upward slinging distance. The lifting mechanism is pushing-lever combined, while the slewing mechanism is four-bar which drived by fluid cylinder and the swiveling table is similar to rolling bearing. The lifting mechanism and slewing mechanism are designed by graphing method, and we can obtain some important dimensions which used to solve force of fluid cylinder. At the same time, we design the hydraulic system of lifting and slewing mechanism.The dynamical simulation models are builded and analysed which used to check the interfere and analyse the movement and force of the key componets. Then the simulation of hydraulic system is fulfilled which supply theory for designing hydraulic system. According to unite finite element method, triangle-lever mechanism in lifting mechanism has analysed.Research the rheological character and analyse factor which affect flow resistances in the transporting of cemented paste. And calculate main parameters in the transporting and backfilling. At last, analyse some difficult problems and solve them in cemented paste transporting.
