Titanium alloy has a density, specific strength and specific stiffness, good corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, known as the aviation materials and marine metal, widely used in various industrial fields. Titanium and its excellent biocompatibility and mechanical adaptation as the most commonly used biomedical metallic materials. However, because of its titanium production of human implants have shortcomings, such as coefficient of friction is high, wear resistance is poor, adhesive wear and fretting wear is very sensitive to the friction surface, it is easy to scratch, engagement, and killed etc., research tasks were that the surface texture technology was used to reduce the friction coefficient and abrasive leakage, to increase their wear resistance and extend the life of the product. Papers in the background of this topic do the following main research work:1) According to the surface texture work environment, technical requirements and the research content, designed the optical fiber laser workbench mechanical structure, the developed the optical fiber laser and galvanometer hardware and software of the control system, made it become a used in titanium alloy surface of structural test equipment.2) TC4titanium alloy used as experimental products, from the processing of both accuracy and processing efficiency into account, optimizing machining parameters setting, such as fiber laser output power, Q frequency, the effective vector step length and step delay etc. In the parameters optimization experiment, and put forward a set of specific geometry dimension design ideal processing parameters group in diameter of0.2mm half sphere for design machining object.3) According to research TC4surface texture before and after the changes of friction coefficient, concave and groove shaped pattern used as the surface texture processing. Through changing the pattern of distribution and processing of other factors to determine the path coefficient of friction. Friction experiments show that the friction coefficient reducing an order of magnitude in the same test conditions.
