Making production in the EAF(Electric Arc Furnace) steel-casting is characterized bya short process, multi-process, high energy consumption. The arrangements for productionscheduling scheme is the core activity of the Organization of special steel. With thetransformation of nation’s industrial structure, the control of energy-guzzling industrydeeply, the steel industry competition becomes fierce increasingly. The effectiveorganization of small batch production and the delivery on time of high quality products isvery good way. Therefore EAF steel-casting must be optimized to reduce energy costs andachieve production management of high efficiency.EAF steel-casting scheduling problem is NP-hard. It has its own special process.With the traditional steel-casting, EAF steel-casting has a richer variety of smelting andhas changes the production process path, the process of its production process is a morecomplex network diagram. In recent years, research results have made great progress inthe theory and methods, but the multiple constraints and the disturbing effect of theuncertainty is in steel production. Scheduling program in the study of these hybridprocesses is very important.The subject of EAF steel-casting in this pager is how to develop productionscheduling program. An algorithm is proposed to develop a realistic and effectiveproduction scheduling program. First, the production process is described in differentprocess paths. Second, the mathematical model of EAF steel-casting is established in theContinuous casting machine continuous casting production constraints and Minimize thetotal completion time as the objective function. Then, improved random real matrix codingand gene partition crossover and mutation operations of genetic algorithm is applied to it.At the same time, a two-stage genetic algorithm is ordered to solve the productionscheduling, production disturbance of the dynamic re-scheduling problem, the first stagescheduling policy arrangements are updated according to the furnace pouring a secondscheme, the use of genetic algorithms to re-generate the production scheduling program.Simulation results show that, in theory, a breakthrough of guiding significance in theactual production application.
