In recent years, as technology advances, market economy and industrial structure persistently adjust, iron and steel as an industrial source is facing the same technological innovation and structural adjustment. Steelmaking-continuous casting-hot rolling is in the upstream production process of steel products, how timely, continuously and effectively carry on continuous casting and hot rolling become an important issue of iron and steel enterprise production management. Dynamic scheduling and reheating furnace dispatching emerge as the times require, for eliminating production disturbances, stabilizing production process, increasing the iron and steel enterprise economic efficiency have important practical significance.This paper is set in the national863plan/advanced technology in manufacturing special projects "Based on the optimum temperature of steel-refining-continuous casting process and energy consumption integrated optimization system (2007AA04Z194)", combine the actual production of iron and steel industry processes, with the rules reasoning and human-computer combination with each other, designed visualization dynamic scheduling algorithm to ensure continuous casting, as the same time to ensure continuous hot rolling designed the reheating furnace scheduling algorithm, staying close to the actual production process, solving practical problems, so that all steel production processes continuously and smoothly, thereby increase the production efficiency of steel company. The main work in thesis as the following areas:(1) Completed steelmaking-continuous casting-hot rolling production scheduling system preliminary design, brief analysis of the system functional requirements, achieve the steelmaking-continuous casting-hot rolling development of the basic functions of MES system.(2) For steelmaking-continuous casting-hot rolling of the production characteristics, analysis the production scheduling problem. Study the production scheduling constraint-s existing in the steelmaking-continuous casting-hot rolling process, also analysis the dynamic scheduling strategy in this process. According to the knowledge of time constraint network, simply implement dynamic scheduling of steelmaking-continuous casting process of production to those unreasonable plans.(3) For the characteristics of reheating furnace scheduling problem in a domestic rolling mill’s hot rolling productive process, established a mathematical model of optimal operation of reheating furnace, designed discrete search algorithms (Scatter Search) to solve the model, through a large number of experimental analysis and verification the validity of the model calculation.Finally, discuss the lack of this paper and the direction of future research.
