The research started from the transient flow characteristics of layered reservoirs and corresponding bottom hole pressure and flow-rate formula and calculation method was acquired, including no cross-flow multi-layer infinitely extended reservoir and multi-layer circular boundary reservoir with different initial pressure. By this research, theoretical analysis of productivity increase ability of multi-layer production well was accomplished, with Second Oil Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield. Besides, numerical simulation was used to validate previous result, and the plate of2-layer reservoir separate layer production technical limits was drawn. This plate can be a reference of separate layer production well chosen.There are over200wells were commingled production well of Jurassic system and Triassic system. Because of the heterogeneity of two system, the productivity of Jurassic system was repressed. Therefore, Second Oil Production Plant tried slide valve separate layer recovery pump and separate layer recovery combined string assembled with controller, one-way valve and pump so as to face the problem. According to the production data of field test, most of test well have a satisfactory increment response. |
