Completion tubing strings in high production (HP) gas well is a high-speed gas flow channel. As the reservoir supply, flow and pressure changes, high-speed gas flow incentives, combined with frequent operations in switching wells, completion tubing strings in high production (HP) gas well in the work under dynamic loading. For high-speed gas flow through the completion tubing strings, dynamics issue is the important research content. Details are as follows:Firstly, since vibration analysis of completion tubing strings in high production (HP)gas well requires precise definition for its configuration, considering the influence of joint, this paper analyses buckling of completion tubing strings, accurately describe the buckling loading, configuration, and compared with buckling analysis over the past.Secondly, analyzing the vibration of completion tubing strings in high production (HP)gas well, researching the main form and reason of vibration and dynamics damage by the theoretical analysis, providing the basis for evaluation and control technology; model to solve for completion tubing strings in high production (HP)gas well. The further analysis shows its vibration characteristics.Thirdly, using the ANSYS finite element software analyses load and configuration of completion tubing strings under dynamic load in high production (HP)gas well by transient analysis, given stress, displacement, deformation distribution, and to check of the completion tubing strings at the same time.Then, combining the theory of tubing mechanical and experimental research, using the underground vibration tester to test in a gas well, obtaining the three-dimensional vibration data of underground tubing, and compared with the theoretical results.Finally, based on the analyses of the vibration of completion tubing strings in high production (HP) gas well, propose control measures to ensure its safety.
