This paper studies XuWu gas reservoirs in western Sichuan, which is the tight sandstone gas reservoirs and it shows rich production. According to the twelfth five years plan of the Southwest Branch, XuWu is exploration and development area of the pilot test. And depending on the pre-development experience and technology needs, it is important to improve well production with the transformation models of "great amount of liquid, large displacement and multi-segment".This paper has researched completion production test string technology with "great amount of liquid, large displacement and multi-segment".Combined with the development of the technical requirements, and determined tubing & casing coinfusion process and pumping bridge plug+perforation technology as vertical/directional well and horizontal well completion string technology. There are some problems with former vertical/directional well with tubing and casing coinfused, such as packers early unblocking, unable to open the pressure sleeve, and string down. This paper through preferred the ways to achieving tubing and casing coinfusion, which is perforat screen, throw hand equipment, pressure sleeve and the packer type, forming high reliability of coinfusion string and supporting the construction process. In the process of column optimization, corrected model to achieve wellbore temperature and pressure distribution within safety control under different conditions. Besides, prefered a string model with packers, using VB language compiled software to simulate analysis the force, deformation and strength of stress in the wellbore. For horizontal well pumping bridge plug test technology, optimizated bridge plug selection, pumping technology, and coiled tubing drilling technology.The vertical/directional well tubing and casing coinfusion process and horizontal well pumping bridge plug+perforation technology with optimized was successful implementation. X502 vertical well using the way of tubing and casing coinfusion, completed longitudinal 6 layer fracture, the largest displacement was 15m3/min and total amount of fluid injected 10930m. X505H well was successful implementated with 7-segment large-scale construction with pumping bridge plug+perforation technology, the maximum pressure was 75MPa, and the maximum displacement was 13.4m3/min. The implementation of completion production string and process in Xu Wu layer provided technical draw to develop the similar deep tight sandstone gas reservoirs.
