In this thesis, the electrochemical behavior of tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) and the complexation interaction between4-n-nonylphenol and β-cyclodextrin was investigated. And the capillary electrophoresis with amperometric detection (CE-AD) method was used for the separation and determination of alkyl phenols (bisphenol A、 tetrabromobisphenol A、4-n-nonylphenol、2-sec-butylphenol、4-tert-octylphenol)Five parts are included in the article. In the first part, the separation techniques were introduced briefly, the development of alkyl phenols in recent years was critically reviewed, the complexation interaction between micromolecule and β-cyclodextrin was recommended. Based on a lot of references, the future works were pointed out.In the second part, the electrochemical behavior of TBBPA at a glassy carbon electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The effects of base solution and pH on the electrochemical activity of TBBPA were investigated. The parameters of differential pulse voltammetry were optimized and differential pulse voltammetric method for the determination of TBBPA was established. The method was used to measure the content of TBBPA in water. In the third part, The complexation interaction between4-n-nonylphenol and β-cyclodextrin is investigated by the spectrophotometric and electrochemical method. The stoichiometric ratio and equilibrium constant KS were measured by the spectrophotometric method. The electrochemical parameters of free NP and NP-β-CD, such as electron transfer number, diffusion coefficient, effective surface, standard heterogeneous rate constant were obtained by the electrochemical method. In addition, the reaction mechanism of NP and NP-β-CD at carbon paste electrode were explored. The fourth part is focused on the separation and determination of alkyl phenols by the CE-AD method. The parameters, such as pH, the type and concentration of buffer solution, the type and concentration of micellar, separation voltage, injection time were studied. Under the optimized conditions, five types of alkyl phenols can be separated completely within15minutes.
