In this paper,alkyl alcohols(phenols)polyether sulfonate is synthesized by halogenated-sulfonated two-step reaction and microwave reaction using alkyl alcohols(phenols)polyether,and evaluate the performance of target product.The results of the halogenated-sulfonated two-step reaction show that the optional experimental conditions of synthesis of chlorinated aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether are:2h,70?,and pyridine is 30%of the raw material quality,the molar ratio of aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and thionyl chloride is 1:1.5.The potassium reaction is sodium isethionate reacts with potassium hydroxide in dimethylsulfoxid(110?),the reacteion time is 320min.Then aliphatic alcohol ethoxylates is added potassium reaction system,the optimum conditions of the reaction stage is determined by orthogonal:reaction temperature is 155?,reaction time is 3h,molar ratio of intermediate and sodium isethionate is 1:1.3.The product yield is calculated by the two-phase titration,when EON is 3 or 4,the product yield can reach more than 50%.The results of the microwave reaction show that the optimum conditions are that molar ratio of alkyl alcohols(phenols)polyether and sodium isethionate is 1:1.3,the amount of solvent is 20mL,microwave power is 640W,reaction time is 27min.The yield of aliphatic alcohol ethoxylates sulfonate seties is about 50%.In this paper,interfacial properties,emulsifying properties and salt tolerance of alkyl alcohols(phenols)polyether sulfonate series and the interfacial properties and emulsifying properties of complex systems of MOASO-4 and heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate are measured.Experimental results show that the interface performance is related with structure of surfactant,the EON increases its resistance capacity to CaCl2,MgCl2 and NaCl accordingly.The ability of the surfactant molecules having a benzene ring structure is less than the lower the interfacial tension of a linear fatty alcohol surfactant series;The emulsifying properties of product with EON =4,7 is better;When the mass ratio of MOASO-4 and HABS is 2:8,oil-water interfacial tensioI down to 10-3mN/m,which can meet the requirements of EIR.The emulsifying properties of MOASO-4 is improved by crude oil can exist in the form of uniform droplets in this mixed system.
