| Manganese has a very wide range of applications in agriculture, light industry, chemical industry, so pyrolusite leaching technique is always the research focus in manganese ore processing at home and abroad. In this paper, vegetable powder instead of traditional inorganic was used as reductant, the technique and method of the vegetable powder-sulfuric acid leaching pyrolusite were studied in this paper.In this paper, microcrystalline cellulose as reductant for leaching pyrolusite was studied with single factor method first, and effects of many factors on leaching pyrolusite were studied, the factors including pyrolusite quality, liquid-solid ratio, sulfuric acid concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time. And this was taken as control, cassva residues, sugarcane bagasse which were rich in Guangxi were taken as reductant, and Leaching progress of Manganese from Pyrolusite with sulfuric acid were studied with single factor method and response surface methodology, the effects of liquid-solid ratio, acid concentration, temperature and reaction time on the leaching result, all the results showed that:(1)10g of pyrolustie was taken for testing:optimum technical conditions for cassava residue was, cassava residue5g, acid concentration was3mol. L-1, the response time was150min, temperature was80℃, the liquid-solid ratio of10:1in its leaching rate reached94.08%; the experiment was designed through the response surface method, and model of "Central Composite Design"in the statistical software "Design Exper"was used, results were multivariate regression, two polynomial equation: Y=42.27+3.86×A-0.047×B+11.87×C+16.52×D+5.58×E+0.36×A×B+0.87×A×C-0.043×A×D-0.95×A×E-0.67×B×C-0.18×B×D-1.22×B×E-3.77×C×D-0.18×C× E-2.31×D×E+5.60×A2+4.42×B2+3.15×C2, Regression analysis indicated that94%of response change could be used by the model, the main effect factors relations of the model coefficients significant test were got as:cassava residue dosage> time> temperature> liquid-solid ratio> sulphuric acid concentration.(2) The optimum technical conditions of sugarcane bagasse leaching pyrolusite:cassava residue dosage5g, acid concentration for3mol. L-1, the response time was150min, temperature was80℃, the liquid-solid ratio20:1for, its leaching rate reached95.08%, the experiment was designed through the response surface method, and model of "Central Composite Design"in the statistical software "Design Exper"was used, results were multivariate regression, two polynomial equation: Y=57.17+5.59×A-0.34×B+9.96×C+19.28×D+5.67×E+0.066×A×B+0.32×A×C-0.36×A×D+0.74×A×E-1.18×B×C+0.65×B×D+1.34×B×E-0.45×C×D+0.98×C×E-0.96×D×E+0.015×A2-0.16×B2-1.74×C2-0.55×D2-0.80×E2, Regression analysis displayed that95%of the response value change could be used by the model can use, the main effect factors relations as: temperature> sulfuric acid concentration> time> sugarcane bagasse dosage> the liquid-solid ratio. |
