Water pollution is the major issues of human society. Water pollution incidentsin China have become one of major environmental events. The pollutants go into thewater flow and it leads to the change of chemical, physics, biological and radioactivematerial in the water, which consequently afects the efective use of water, harmshuman health and damages the ecological environment. In this paper, firstly, we don’t consider the longitudinal spread based on thefast water to establish a three-dimensional reaction difusion set of equations, andthen discuss its steady-state solution. It is important for the dynamic behavior ofwater pollution.Secondly, because of the diversity of the chemical and physical molecular struc-ture, we define a series of the eigenvalue problems of simple quantum graphs, anddiscuss eigenfunctions and eigenvalue of the simple quantum graphs.
