| Chapter1:The environmental protection and erasable performance of marker is now a hot research,the solid marker materials is also the rapid development with the development of materials chemistry.This chapter provides an overview of the development and classification of the marker, introduces the major categories and materials of the solid book pen detailedly,and put forward the meaning of the legislation title and content of the subject.Chapter2:The UV absorption spectrometry was use to study the selected leuco dye green-5,and the influence of other ingredients to the absorption spectra of solid marker was investigated.The results showed that:the maximum absorption wavelength of the green-5was604nm, the absorbance intensity was increased with the increasing of concentrations.Choose salicylic acid as a chromogenic reagent,the absorption intensity increased with increasing concentration of salicylic acid.Metal ions such as Cu2+ã€Fe3+ã€Al3+Mg2+ã€Ca2+and Zn2+can make the green-5color, especial Cu2+and Fe3+, Al3+can caused a higher absorbance.The absorbance decreased with increasing of pH, butthe absorbance was increased with the increasing concentration of Lauryl trimethyl ammonium bromide, but in the temperature range from15℃to65℃,the absorbance decreased with increasing of temperature.Chapter3:Use crayons process to made the acidic solid marker, its property was investigated, the results showed that:chromogenic agent salicylic acid and Cu+, Fe+show better chroma, and there is no knotblock phenomenon. Compared with chromogenic agent bisphenol A, salicylic acid and Al3+show better fading effect. The amount of green-5, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and glycerol are1g,0.5g and0.4mL respectively, it shows better fading effect, when the ratio of2.5g talc (2.5g) and alkylation wax was2:1, its melting point and hardness accord to the standards, materials according with the order of the green-5,salicylic acid,alkylation wax,cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromideã€glycerinã€alc to join together, the product of marker have better writing and color-fading.Chapter4:UV absorption spectrometry was used to study to study the spectral characterization of selected leuco dye phenolphthalein, the absorption spectra influenced by other ingredients in a solid marker were investigated. The results showed that:the maximum absorption wavelength of phenolphthalein was560nm,With the increasing concentration of sodium thiosulfate, the absorbance is essentially the same, and the increasing concentration of sodium carboxymethyl celluloseã€OP-10ã€glycerin and triethanolamine have positive influence to the absorbance, the increasing concentration of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate,the absorbance is increased,the absorbance decreased with increasing temperature in the range from15℃to65℃.Chapter5:Produce the alkaline solid marker, to examine its property, the results showed that:sodium hydroxide be able to make the solid marker display good color, and when sodium hydroxide and phenolphthalein in the mass ratio of4:1, it have better fading effect, the mass ratio of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium thiosulfate was1:2, which can effectively improve the performance of sodium thiosulfate. The dosage of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate was3g, glycerol was1mL that solid pen show good softness, when added in2g talc, the writing is smooth. Time is the main reason that affact the writing property of solid marker, after45day color-fading and not easy to erase phenomenon occured. |
