The supramolecular chemistry (host-guest chemistry) is one direction of the chemical research evolution now, the heart content of host-guest chemistry is molecular recognition and weak interactions between the host and guest. The host-guest molecular recognition and association behaviors are the key of the enzyme and rece-ptor selectivity, and the foundations of the molecular assembly. Because of these significant, new surfactant molecules aggregate to form, function and regulation and the weak interactions between molecules become hot spots of natural science research. The ferrocene surfactants have been designed and synthesized. The preliminary study of the envelope and recognition interactions between surfactant and β-cyclodextrin by CV, surface tension, electric conductivity and molecular simulation, actively explore the rules of host-guest interaction under electrochemical control. The interaction between the ferrocene surfactants and host compound in the water have been investigated. These results help further reveal the basic characteristics of weak interaction (the role of non-covalent bonds) and host-guest mechanism in new systems, the process of enzyme efficiency and its substrate specificity between the nature of non-covalent interactions. It is a certain significant for designing the organized molecular aggregates with a appropriate structure and function and the controlled release system. This work is a part of the subjuct which is funded by the National Natural Science Fund(NO.20963007). The main contents and the results of this paper are as follows:Chapter I introduces the domestic and international aspects in surfactant research and the interaction between β-Cyclodextrin and the ferrocene surfactants research and research status.Chapter II introduces the ferrocene surfactants have been designed and synthesized, the composition and structures of the products have been determined and characterized. Chapter III introduces the preliminary study of the envelope and recognition interactions between ferrocene surfactant and β-cyclodextrin by electric conductivity, surface tension, CV and1H NMR, actively explore the rules of host-guest interaction under electrochemical control. The resu-Its show that, β-cyclodextrin and surfactant [Fc(CH2)6N+(CH3)3Br-](short for FcHTAB) there is a strong role of the envelope, β-cyclodextrin molecules partially shielding the cav-ity structure of surfactant molecules in the long carbon chain contacts with the surrounding medium, in to some extent diminished their micelle formation; with β-cyclodextrin mol-ecules form a stable physical envelope, the envelope material tends to1:1envelope (ie, a β-cyclodextrin molecules combined with a FcHTAB);β-cyclodextrin and surfactant strong hydrophobic interaction between molecules, should be the main object of the role of each envelope the main driving force. Studies have shown that ferrocene surfactant system, It’s CV curves of redox current ratio close to1:1, the peak potential difference of about60mV, and the peak current is linear with the scan rate, showing a good reversible cyclic voltammetry, can be used to study the behavior of the envelope of subject and object;β-cyclodextrin and FcHTAB the formation of a stable1:1molecular envelope of material. The including constants was5.46x103L/mol.Chapter IV introduces the study of the [Fc(CH2)11N+(CH3)3Br-](short for FcUTAB)å'Œ[diFc(CH2)11N+(CH3)3Br-](short for diFcUTAB) micellar aggregation number by fluorescence quenching method, determining the the inclusion constant of β-cyclodextrin and tow kinds of ferrocene surfactants by Job’method and study of ferrocene surfactant electrochemical switch by spectroelectrochemistry and surface tension.Chapter V introduces the conclusions and outlook of this thesis.
