Since the investment in polymer flooding development in1995, North saertudevelopment area enters the development situation of coexistence of water and polymer,Water flooding shows the following features: one is that the main object of water floodingmining gradually become bad, reservior gradually reduced, class I and II reservoir graduallybecome to three times production development, the of class I and II reservoir of waterflooding well network is used or seal blocked, since poly flooding production, a portion ofwater flooding production transfer to polymer flooding every year, water flooding reservercurrently has reduced22.1%, transfer production reached338,100tons in2009. With thelarge decline of the secondary infill well oil production increased, effect on water floodingproduction decline increased year by year; Two is that the North saertu development area isthe second "double high" stage of mining, water and polymer under the condition of doubleflooding, application of Sipachev curve to predict results of sabei development index andpartition a large difference with the actual value; Three is that the ratio of water and oil sharpincrease in extra high water stage, the ratio of water and oil in North saertu development areaincreased from7.63in1998to13.38at present, increases the difficulty of saving.In the North saertu development area, in the course of development of more than40years, several major adjustments effect the production decline and water rising to differentlevels of control. But after much encryption as well as investment in tertiary oil recoverydevelopment, coexistence of polymer water flooding, many wells influence each other, addsanalysis on variation of water flooding development index of inefficient production andcontrol more difficult. Therefore, in order to take effective control in extra high water cutstage in adjustment measures of tapping the water and provides an important foundation andbasis for oilfield development adjusting decision, water accumulation and exploitation ofwater flooding development index study, exploration and its controlling factors.
