The Research On The Characters And Treatment Technologies Of The Daqing Oilfield High Concentration Polymer Flooding Wastewater

With the increasing of polymer concentration, there are many changes in the nature ofpolymer flooding produced water, mainly as follows: high concentrations of polymer in theoilfield produced water, high wastewater’s viscosity, small oil droplets and high degree ofemulsification which causing more difficult in Oil-water separation processing. Theconventional treatment technology of polymer flooding produced water has been difficult tomeet the Daqing Oilfield water quality requirements. This thesis is a study that try to solvethese problems.Through analyzing the characteristic of the high concentration of polymer floodingproduced water which taken from the Lamadian oilfield, sewage treatment device has beenmade to separate oil and suspended solid from sewage, the study of oil removal and filtertechnologies have been done during the screening tests; Selecting different types of chemicalsto test their adaptabilities to the high concentration of polymer flooding produced water, andselecting the best formulations for the treatment of the high concentration of polymer floodingproduced water; According to the laboratory studies of the high concentration of polymerflooding produced water’s characteristic, determining the best process parameters for sewagetreatment device. Xc flotation agent CL2002has been developed for the high concentration ofpolymer flooding produced water. Under the oilfield conditions, finalize the SBR processparameters for high concentration of polymer flooding produced water treatment..After the experimental and theoretical analysis, revealing the main reasons why highconcentration of polymer flooding produced water is difficult to purify. Sewage treatmentdevice and technical parameters have been determined, which can make the treated waterachieve the Daqing oilfield produced water injection water indicators.
