In order to study the influence of horizontal well with chemical flooding on remaining oil of side interlayer after polymer flooding, physical model studies about water well of vertical well inject high concentration polymer solution while horizontal well product, oil well of vertical well inject high concentration polymer solution while horizontal well product and oil well and water well of vertical well inject high concentration polymer solution together while horizontal well product are completed, after determining optimum position of horizontal well and way of injection and production of water flooding and polymer flooding, in order to determine optimum way of injection and production of chemical flooding after polymer flooding. After determining optimum way of injection and production of chemical flooding after polymer flooding, studies about horizontal well with variable concentration polymer flooding and horizontal well with polymer activator alternating flooding are completed. In this section, firstly eclipse numerical simulation software is used to build model, calculate the result of horizontal well with high concentration polymer flooding, which will be used as foundation method, secondly study the influence of different concentration combination of different polymer slug on flooding effect under the condition of injection total amount of polymer are the same and injection amount of different polymer slug are the same, study the influence of different concentration combination of different polymer slug on flooding effect under the condition of injection total amount of polymer are the same and injection volume of different polymer slug are the same, study the influence of different concentration combination of different polymer slug on flooding effect under the condition of injection total amount of polymer are different and injection volume of different polymer slug are the same; finally select a optimum method to do physical model study, compare two results, and give the conclusion. After that, physical model study about horizontal well with polymer activator alternating flooding is completed. Results show that the method of oil well and water well of vertical well inject high concentration polymer solution together while horizontal well product is the optimum method of injection and production of chemical flooding after polymer flooding. The three methods all can improve recovery efficiency of side interlayer after polymer flooding effectively; the method of horizontal well with variable concentration polymer flooding compared with the method of high concentration polymer flooding, the improved recovery efficiency difference is small because injection total amount of polymer is the same; the method of horizontal well with polymer activator alternating flooding can not only enlarge sweep volume, but also improve the efficiency of wash oil, enhance recovery efficiency obviously, when compared with the method of high concentration polymer flooding, is the optimum method of exploitation for remaining oil of side interlayer after polymer flooding.
