The roots of dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wing contain lots of saponins what can decompose to sapogenins by acid hydrolysis. The sapogenins is named the mother of hormone because near hundreds of steroid hormone medicines can be made from it. But a large number of refractory high acid and high organic strength wastewater and cellulose residue were produced in the traditional production process of sapogenin. Therefore, it has caused huge negative impacets on the steroid hormone drugs industry and has made severe environment pollution to around circumstance. In this paper, firstly, sapogenin wastewater were treated by biological methods and chemic methods, use the Aspergillus oryzae and candida utilis to remove COD of the saponin wastewater and reclaim microorganism for resource utilization. Secondly, the fiber residue can be used as raw material for animal feed additives after the solid state fermentation. The main contents are as follows:1. The treatment of dioscorea zingoberenisi C.H. wright saponin wastewater by Aspergillus oryzae and candida utilis was investigated in this paper. Aspergillus oryzae and candida utilis were separateness imposed and Aspergillus oryzae and candida utilis apiece half were used too. Under optimum conditions, each of the removal rate of COD could reache66.01%,75.7%,and73.5%, and we can reclaim10.7g/L of stem cells of Aspergillus oryzae.2. The treatment of dioscorea zingoberenisi C.H. wright saponin wastewater by high-efficiency decolorant and aquae hydrogenii dioxidi and sodium hypochlorite was investigated in this article too. Under optimum conditions, each of the removal rate of COD could reache68%,95.5%and86.5%, each of the removal rate of decoloration could reache90%,95.1%and83.7%.3. In this paper, the Cadida atilis and Aspergillus niger was used to deal fermentation production protein feed stuff with the Residue of Yam Diosgenin as substrate by solid-state fermentation. Effects of six variable factors:amount of inoculum, cultivation temperature, water-materials ratio, the appropriate times of fermentation, ventilation, inoculum ratio (Cadida atilis:Aspergillus niger). The results show that the solid-state fermentation of Yam Diosgenin residues by the Cadida atilis and Aspergillus niger to produce protein feedstuff. The yield of protein by mixed strains was higher than one by single-strain fermentation. The optimal conditions of solid-state fermentation were determined as followed:materials mass25g, noculum ratio (Cadida atilis:Aspergillus niger)3:1, vaccination14%, fermentation temperature30℃, fermentation period5days, the ratio of solid to liquid1:2, The content of real protein increases to6.03%.
