In recent decades, with human activities, chemical fuel combustion and fertilizer use and animal husbandry developed to atmospheric emissions of sulphur, nitrogen compounds increase. Cause atmospheric problems has increased substantially, and cause atmospheric problems has increased substantially, and a huge environmental stress and by social concern, simulation acid rain research has become one hot part of domestic and international ecological and environmental research. This dissertation researched the effect of acid rain on Soil rationalized nature and three soil enzymes closely related to carbon and nitrogen cycle by the method of spraying simulated acid rain (SAR) of different types and different pH2.5,4.0and5.6on the two plant seedling-soil system units,including Cyclobalanopsis glauca and Cunningham ia lanceolata in Zhejiang Province where the forest ecological system has bear environmental pressure of severe acid rain in long term, the Conclusions are below:Firstly, Hydrous, nitric acid and excessive type acid rain can cause the degree reduce of soil ph value with Cyclobalanopsis glauca and. Cunningham ia lanceolata. seedlings.Secondly, under tthree types acid rain, the soil organic matter content is activated compared with the contrast to Cyclobalanopsis glauca, and there is no obvious change to Cunningham ia lanceolata.Thirdly, under nitric acid rain spray, the nitrogen increasely cause "nitrogen saturation" of the system, and nutrition lose balance, and affect the activities within the organization and the various processes of system., and two naeki soil nitrogen content have no obvious change. But Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedling soil alkali-hydrolyzable N content is activated under nitric acid rainpH2.5.As acid rain who contains N element will lead to the increase in soil nitrogen, and the change of Cunningham ia lanceolata is not obvious.Fourthly, the soil available P is mainly contained under excessive acid rain to two seedlings.but there is activated under nitric acid rain.Fifthly, the soil available K of Cyclobalanopsis glauca is mainly contained under nitric acid rain.but the soil available k is mainly activated under hydrous and excessive acid rain. Cunningham ia lanceolata. seedlings is obviously activated under acid rainpH4.0.Sixthly, the soil sucrase activity of two seedlings is shown obvious seasonality differences, the soil sucrase activity of Cyclobalanopsis glauca is obviously activated under hydrous, nitric acid rainpH4.0and excessive acid rain, and the soil sucrase activity of Cunningham ia lanceolata. seedlings is activated under tree types acid rain.Seventhly, the soil cellulase activity of Cyclobalanopsis glauca is mainly contained under hydrous acid rain. And the soil cellulase activity of Cunningham ia lanceolata is mainly activated under acid rain,and cellulase activity under nitric acid rainpH4.0is the remarkablest.Eighthly, the soil urease activity of Cyclobalanopsis glauca is mainly contained, but the soil urease activity of Cunningham ia lanceolata is mainly activated, and the soil urease activity of Cunningham ia lanceolata is lower than Cyclobalanopsis glauca.
