The life of dioxins in waste incineration flue gas in recent years around the world are generally concerned about the problem, since the1999Belgian dioxin contamination events after the animal feed, dioxin is much of the world concern, and sometimes become global scope of the hot spots. After this incident, the dioxin in our country is also well-known smell poison discoloration. It can be said that the generation mechanism and control measures of dioxin in waste incineration flue gas of the study of life today, more than ever is necessary and important. To build the incineration plant of life, we can not avoid the dioxin.Waste incineration technology, with the harmless high temperature, volume reduction and weight loss benefits, rapid promotion and application of the developed areas of China’s mainland economy. However, the incineration plant construction and long-term operation of urban life may bring secondary pollution problems, especially in environmental toxicity and health hazards of dioxin emissions has caused widespread concern in society. In order to establish effective measures to control dioxin emissions, the urgent need to understand the mainland of China Municipal Solid Waste Incineration surrounding dioxin pollution. Solid Waste Incineration Plant in WenChang City, Hainan, by simulation (Gaussian model, ADMS model AERMOD model), a combination of methods of environmental monitoring of dioxin pollution levels in the atmosphere of incineration plants surrounding system the study. Forecasting model of daily average concentration of dioxins in the incineration flue gas from power plants as a fundamental foothold to WenChang City, Hainan, garbage incineration, the collection of surface meteorological data parameters in WenChang City, Hainan,2008, high-altitude meteorological parameters and other data, the use of the Gaussian mode, ADMS model, the AERMOD model predictive analysis methods, dioxin daily average concentration value forecast system, and the average daily calculation with the measured values of the statistical comparisons, analysis of the performance of the prediction. The results show that the correlation between the test results of the AERMOD atmospheric pollutant dispersion model with the measured data to higher dioxin measured value and the correlation coefficient of test values and in line with the index of0.85and0.63respectively. The comparison of calculated and measured values show, simply choose the appropriate input parameters, the AERMOD atmospheric pollutant dispersion model can be used in WenChang City, Hainan, atmospheric pollutants for Nonproliferation Studies, is an effective tool to study the problem of air pollution forecasting.Waste incineration technology, both environmental and economic benefits, environmental risk assessment concluded that the type of the project site of one of the key issues. This paper analyzes the environmental impact of the dioxin risk of accident and method of calculation of the environmental protection zone and traditional health protection zone differences, and were calculated in Wenchang City, Hainan, garbage incineration power plant as an example.
